As the Lead Digital Health Advisor, you will work closely with the Director of Digital health to support healthcare technology tools, data management, and digital health advancement. You will be collaborating with health providers to assess their digital readiness, providing technical assistance, and contributing to the improvement of technical environments that support healthcare delivery and quality improvement. 

  • Collaborate with health providers, including hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, to assess digital readiness.
  • Assist in data collection, organization, and communication with clients.
  • Lead teams with producing monthly and quarterly reports in designated technology systems.
  • Demonstrate progress of interventions and formulate recommendations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Willingness to be on call and travel to provider locations (up to 20% travel).

Qualifications 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak to clients and explain their value to technology leaders in provider organizations.
  • Experience in Electronic Health Records (HER) and Health Information Technology (HIT) solutions.
  • Knowledge or willing to learn Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) collection, Clinical decision support (CDS), Clinical Quality Language (CQL) and information exchange and reporting.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work on multiple projects.

 Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working in a healthcare environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical roles.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $105,000.00 – $125,000.00. Actual salary range and/or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.
